Workshops

We run both tasting and making workshops. These can be customized to your requirements but we also run workshops which are open for enrollment.

Short making workshops include truffle making, Easter eggs and moulded chocolates and can be held in a variety of venues including private homes and offices. Longer (6 h) workshops are typically held in our kitchen in Fo Tan.

In the past we have run pure tasting workshops as well as pairings with Chinese tea, wine and whisky.
