Typically hot chocolate is made with cocoa powder, from which the cocoa butter has been removed (to sell separately). This results in a thin drink which, while pleasant, is not the delicious decadent treat that we believe hot chocolate should be.
We supply hot chocolate tablets that retain the cocoa butter. These are made from 90% single origin chocolate with hint of nutmeg. Blend 1-2 with a cup of hot milk for a truly decadent luxurious treat.
The tablets come in two forms: bags of 24 plain tablets and bags of 6 penguin-shaped tablets – perfect for a family treat.
